How We Help
Whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury, or training for life — our therapist-trainers are here for you.
Private Personal Training
Train Privately
Every Personal Training session at Elite Health is completely private. It’s just you and your Personal Trainer in one of our two dedicated studios — no other clients, no distractions, no audience.
This isn’t a gym floor with a trainer. It’s an hour of focused, expert attention from someone who holds qualifications in both Personal Training and therapy. Whether you’re new to exercise or training for a specific goal, every session is designed around you.

Who It’s For
Anyone who wants focused, private training without the gym environment — from beginners building confidence to experienced clients managing injuries or health conditions.

Pain Management & Therapy
Recover from Pain
Sports Therapy, Osteopathy, and specialist Back Pain Management — delivered by Therapists who are also qualified exercise specialists.
“Our Therapists don’t just treat your symptoms — they’re also qualified exercise specialists who can prescribe exercise alongside treatment.”
The National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) recommends exercise as a primary treatment for lower back pain. At Elite Health, our Therapists and Trainers can both treat your condition and design the exercise programme to support your recovery.
4 out of 5 people will experience back pain at some point in their lives.
Conditions We Treat
Home visits available within a 5-mile radius for Osteopathy.

Healthy Ageing & Mobility
Move Better with Age
Staying strong, mobile, and independent doesn’t happen by accident — it takes the right kind of exercise, prescribed by people who understand both the science of ageing and the realities of your body. That’s exactly what Elite Health is built for.
“Our oldest client is 93 — and still training every week.”
We work with clients in their 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond — rebuilding confidence after a fall, training around a recent diagnosis, recovering from joint replacement, or simply wanting to stay active enough to keep up with grandchildren. Every programme is built around your body, your conditions, and your goals.
Two of our trainers hold specialist qualifications in Exercise for Parkinson’s, our owner is a CIMSPA Senior Practitioner with a specialism in Back Pain Management, and our two osteopaths bring hands-on assessment and treatment alongside exercise prescription. The aim is simple: keep you moving, keep you confident, and keep you independent for as long as possible.

Conditions We Support
Not all trainers work with every condition — we’ll match you with the team member best suited to your situation when you book.
Relaxation and Therapy
Relax to Recover
Relaxation is an essential part of recovery.
Whether you’re looking for relief from the everyday stresses of life or recovering from a prolonged period of pain and discomfort, giving the body time to relax and reset plays a vital role in restoring overall wellbeing.
At Elite Health Knutsford, we take a holistic approach to recovery — helping you move from deep relaxation treatments through to targeted therapy and hands-on osteopathic care.
You may choose a Super Relaxing Full Body Massage or Body Massage with Hot Stones designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and ease physical tension. For more targeted muscular relief, our Sports Massage treatments — including the option of soothing hot stone therapy — help release tightness, improve circulation, and support recovery.
For clients experiencing ongoing pain, restriction, or imbalance, our highly skilled Osteopath Clinicians assess the body as a whole, working to restore balance, movement, and function rather than simply treating symptoms in isolation.
Through relaxation, therapy, and expert clinical care, we help you recover physically and mentally so you can feel your best again.
From Gentle Relaxation to Hands-On Clinical Care

Post-Surgery & Injury Recovery
Rehabilitation
Post-surgery recovery, sports injury rehabilitation, and long-term reconditioning — guided by therapist-trainers who understand the full recovery journey.
“When NHS physiotherapy ends, your recovery doesn’t have to. We bridge the gap between discharge and full recovery.”
Whether you’re recovering from a hip replacement, knee surgery, or a complex sports injury, our team designs progressive programmes that take you from post-operative care through to full strength and confidence.
We work alongside local sports clubs and healthcare professionals to ensure your rehabilitation is seamless and effective.
