Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on eliteh.co.uk, what each one does, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. Similar technologies — such as local storage and tracking pixels — do much the same job. UK rules treat all of them the same way, so everything on this page is covered whether or not it is technically a cookie.
Your Choices
When you first visit, we ask whether you are happy for us to set optional cookies. We do not set any of them unless you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time.
Refusing optional cookies does not limit anything you came here to do. You can still read every page, see our pricing, and book or buy through our booking system. If you have turned off the optional categories, embedded extras such as the map and the chat assistant are replaced with a button so you can load them individually if you want them.
The Categories We Use
- Strictly necessary. Needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off, and UK rules do not require your consent for them.
- Analytics. Helps us see which pages are useful so we can improve them. Off unless you turn it on.
- Functional. Enables embedded extras provided by other companies — the location map and the chat assistant. Off unless you turn it on.

Site Statistics
Our website platform, WellnessLiving, collects aggregate statistics about how this site is used — which pages are visited and how people move through them — so that the site can be improved. This does not store anything on your device and is not used to identify you, to build a profile, or for advertising.
UK rules allow this without asking permission first, provided you can opt out easily. Turning off the Analytics category in your switches it off. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one.
Controlling Cookies in Your Browser
Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block them in future. These controls sit in your browser’s privacy or security settings. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the booking system working, as it needs to remember your basket while you use it.
The Rules We Follow
We follow the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, and the UK GDPR. In short: we may use cookies that are strictly necessary, or that only produce aggregate statistics you can opt out of, without asking first. Everything else needs your permission, and refusing must be as easy as agreeing.
