How It All Started
Our Story
Elite Health was born from a simple belief: that personal training and therapy shouldn’t exist in separate worlds. When your trainer understands injury, pain, and rehabilitation as deeply as they understand strength and fitness, the results speak for themselves.
Founded by Jacqueline Bosworth, Elite Health grew from that conviction into Knutsford’s premier private training and therapy studio. Jacqueline built the business around a model that remains unique: every personal trainer on the team is also a qualified therapist — holding qualifications in Sports Therapy, Osteopathy, or specialist rehabilitation.
Today, the studio operates two private training spaces, ensuring every session is exclusively one-to-one. No other clients are present during your appointment. This isn’t a gym — it’s a private practice where expert care meets personalised training.
Our clients range from age 12 right through into their 90s. We work with young athletes preparing for competition and retired professionals managing chronic conditions. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, living with Parkinson’s, or simply want to feel stronger and move better, we have the expertise to help. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Our trainers hold qualifications in Sports Therapy, Osteopathy, and specialist rehabilitation — we match each client to a trainer with the right specialism for their condition. That’s something most trainers simply cannot offer.
