Jacqueline first achieved success in the excellence driven and
results orientated world of finance. At the same time Jacqueline
mirrored her success in business in the world of sport, competing
as an amateur sportswoman at National level. In 2004, Jacqueline
then decided to follow her passion for sport, combine her skills in
business and open Elite Health.
Jacqueline brings expert knowledge and the benefit of over 30
years experience of training. Jacqueline is one of only a handful
of Advanced Level Personal Trainers in Cheshire, with a specialist
qualifications in Exercise for the Management of Lower Back Pain,
Certificate in Exercise and Nutritional Interventions for Obesity
and Diabetes and is registered at the highest level (level 4) on
the Register of Exercise Professionals. She is also a qualified
Display Screen Equipment Assessor..
Also qualified in Sports Therapy and Swedish Body Massage,
Jacqueline fully understands the benefits of rehabilitation and
massage. This enables her to lead effectively the specialist team
at Elite and work closely with them to achieve the best outcomes
for clients.
Jacqueline has worked successfully with a wide range of clients
helping with back pain, health and weight loss often with clients
who have complex health issues and requirements. In addition
Jacqueline works with a growing number of horse riders to improve
their fitness, posture, balance and core strength.
Her experience also includes working with a world championship
level athlete, where her training support, nutritional advice and
sports therapy contributed to her client’s achievement of 11th
world ranking in the first year and a world ranking of 6th in the
subsequent year. She continued to work with this client until his
retirement from world competition in 2010.
Jacqueline has a huge commitment to every individual that she
works with regardless of their level of health and fitness,
listening closely to their needs and tailoring safe, effective
training and rehabilitation to realize each client’s goal.

In addition to his role at Elite Health as a Personal Trainer
and Sports Massage Therapist, Rowan also deputises for Jacqueline
in her abscence.
An elite athlete Rowan currently competes at national level
events in cycling. Also passionate about rugby, Rowan spent his
teenage years playing for Cheshire clubs and later trained with
coaches from professional rugby teams. He has the commitment,
discipline, and specialist knowledge to achieve at a high level and
brings this expertise to his clients focusing on their
success.
Rowan is able to work with clients with diverse levels of
fitness.From elite athletes to those clients just starting out on
their journey back to health and fitness.
Having sustained a shoulder injury requiring surgery in 2009,
Rowan has personal experience of managing injuries and understands
the need for careful rehabilitation. He adapts his approach to the
needs and goals of his clients who include individuals competing at
amateur level events.
In addition to one-to-one personal training, Rowan can offer
nutritional advice, personalised coaching/training programs and
physical support through sports massage therapy. Rowan is qualified
to use Kettlebells and boxing as part of the many aspects of his
training.
Rowan’s passion for sport and interest in health is driven by
his own achievements and the professional qualifications that he
holds. These include Level 3 in Personal Training with The Register
of Exercise Professionals, Level 3 VTCT in Personal Training and
Sports Massage Therapy, Exercise Referral, National Diploma in
Sports and Exercise Science.
Julia has been a Registered Osteopath for over 25 years and
has works alongside our other team members to ensure clients
benefit not only from osteopathic treatment, but also from long
term self-management of their condition with appropriate
exercise.
Julia is able to offer advice to help you to improve your
posture and reduce the impact of repetitive strains on your body.
She can offer you advice about your diet with the emphasis on the
minerals and vitamins necessary for good health and optimum bone,
joint and soft tissue health. Julia is registered with the General
Osteopathic Council, the governing body for Osteopaths in the
UK

A passionate health enthusiast that has taken part in many
sports from rugby and running to wake boarding and snow skiing. She
has developed a wide range of sporting knowledge, and understands
the importance of having exercise present in your lifestyle. Beth
has played various positions in rugby and knows the demanding role
of each as well as how you can develop an injury or dysfunction
quickly. She knows first hand the importance of rehabilitation as
after undergoing knee ligament reconstruction, she went through a
significant period of extensive rehabilitation herself. Being
injured in such a way has made Beth more understanding of the path
to recovery.
She has treated and trained a range of different people with a
collection of injuries, as she has travelled to South Africa, New
Zealand and now based in the UK she is continuing to learn from
different lifestyles to further her knowledge of sport, health and
fitness. By having this collective knowledge, she can create a plan
tailored to you and your specific goals.
Beth is also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists
(FHT).

Paige Hewitt

Paige has always had a tremendous passion for sport and
exercise. She has a high interest in football and has been playing
the game at County and Regional level since she was 8 years old!
She currently plays for Northwich Vixens in the Northwest Women’s
Regional League. Alongside football, she played at County Level for
Cheshire East Hockey.
After completing a challenging but rewarding degree in BSc
(Hons) Sports and Exercise Therapy – Paige graduated from Leeds
Beckett University with an upper second-class honour (2.1).
Throughout the 3-year course she completed a variety of modules
from Peripheral and Spinal Anatomy, Assess the Athlete and Evidence
Based Rehabilitation and many more modules and courses.
As a Sports and Exercise Therapist, Paige can provide the
prevention, assessment, treatment and exercise rehabilitation for
musculoskeletal injuries. She has gained experience alongside her
degree in a variety of sports injury clinics and clubs based in
Leeds, Manchester and Cheshire.
Paige has successfully completed a variety of additional courses
involving Kinesiology Taping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue
Mobilisation. This allows Paige to offer a variety of treatments to
meet the clients’ needs.
As a Sports and Exercise Therapist Paige is a member of The
Society of Sports Therapists. Paige has also completed her Diploma
in Personal Training to extend her skills and knowledge in exercise
and fitness. This enables Paige to provide and deliver fun but
challenging tailored programmes for each individual.
