Rewards & Loyalty Scheme – we value our clients at Elite Health
Jacqueline came from a background of building client relationships with service and was keen to embody this at Elite Health. Building a client base from nothing was a tough journey especially in a world where there was little social media and a huge number of people did not possess an email address.
Over the beginning years we worked hard and were rewarded with huge loyalty from clients and a steady stream of referrals. In fact, even today in the world of the internet and social media over 65% of our new clients come from referrals.
With that background, contrary to a large part of the world around us the Elite health team remains committed to thanking those clients who recommend and stay with us whilst we still work hard to keep our charges competitive.
Rewards points is a built-in loyalty program that grants clients points for referring new clients to our business and for buying services.
So how does rewards work?
Each time a new client lets us know you referred them we add 20 points in rewards to your account.
Every time you spend £50 (or multiple of) we add 2% back to your account in points eg £150 = 3 points.
Every point is worth £1.
Points can be redeemed in part or full against any of our services.
Rewards can vary from time to time and we will always notify you when that happens, so watch for special promotions.
