So, in this difficult world we are learning to adapt and change. We highly value our clients and ourselves and want to support you in the best way we can by helping you be in the best health you can be in. As coronavirus (covid-19) spreads and more of us have to take to safety we want to support those we can.
So, we have adapted and increased our range of services to provide support, advice, training and assessments but in the safety of our own spaces.
We now have available a complete range of services covering:-
- Personalised Training Programs including one to one sessions via video links.
- Group training for you and your family by video – so the family can be involved.
- Therapy assessments with Sports Therapists, Osteopaths and Backcare Specialist via video link. We can give advice on how to manage your condition which may include rehabilitation exercise or movements to help reduce pain and injury.
We still work to the same high standards with health screens completed beforehand and a first consultation for all one to one Personal Training clients and Therapy clients.
