Alex Walczak

Alex Walczak is a sport enthusiast and experienced sport competitor. In her school years she was playing hand ball and volleyball to county standard and representing her school in athletic championship as a high jumper.

Curiosity and a hunger for new experiences pushed Alex to change her direction and complete a BA degree in Anthropology and Cultural studies, but her love and dedication to sport brought her back to the industry.

In 2007 Alex completed her VTCT Diploma in Sports Therapy and Personal Training and started to practice as a therapist and body masseuse. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and Society of Sports Therapists and she is also registered as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor on the Register of Exercise Professionals. In June 2011 Alex completed her BSc degree in Sports Therapy at Birmingham University.

Alex has also worked with professional sportsmen having previously worked as a Sport Therapist for a Professional Rugby Super League team…
