NB: Please note all one off sessions for either a sole client or a couple do not include a written program which would incur an extra charge
For all of the above packages we can also accommodate small groups with prices dependent on the number of participants. All sessions are subject to availability.
¤Peak hours are 7:30am to 10:15am and 5.30pm to 9:30pm Monday to Friday, anytime on Saturday or Sunday. Saturday and Sunday training sessions are separately agreed with your trainer on an individual basis. Nutritional Advice is included in any course of Personal Training sessions.
Cancellations - Please note that any session cancelled or rearranged at less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. In the exceptional circumstance where we cancel a session we will provide in addition to the sessions missed a complimentary session of equivalent value

Rehabilitation/Postural training sessions at Elite Health
These sessions are available in our upstairs studio either where we have provided sports massage treatment, a full assessment of the injury or postural issue or where we receive an introduction from another professional e.g. Osteopath, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor. This provides an excellent opportunity for clients who have been advised to strengthen particular areas and/or address postural problems. The introduction from the professional introducer must include their guidelines on the client's requirements for strength and mobility, postural overview and the client's medical history.
