All our trainers are Advanced Level qualified. Scared or think you are unable to undertake activity safely? Talk to our professionals we may be able to help.

All allow time between our treatments and training sessions. This ensures clients have time to change when appropriate, without pressure.

We encourage a holistic aproach. Train your body, manage strains and injuries whilst keeping fit, including regular use of massage.

Hydration is catered for by ensuring appropriate levels of water are provided for all types of sessions.

Our training equipment is cleaned after every session with antibacterial cleaner.

Whilst there may be another client in the massage room, you have the Personal Training Studio all to yourself.

Total concentration on the individual(s) training or treatment by our professionals with no distractions from phones or other clients.
